Responding to an Ever-Developing Market's Expectations
Hundreds of hydroelectric power stations were created in developing countries. Their operators must train engineers, technicians and control operators who, for the most part, have limited knowledge of this type of installation.
Simulation enables rapid initiation to the overall function, to automatisms, stop and restart processes, to incident management. It ensures operators the availability of trained personnel and the effective and safe use of their power plant. Training time is drastically reduced compared to a classic program.
Our simulators are designed to be compact, competitive and adaptable to different types of installations (turbine type, operating head...). They are intended for training centers and for groups owning several power plants.
We have supplied two micro power plant replica simulators (Francis and semi-Kaplan turbines) to AHEC, an Indian university laboratory and training center. The simulators are used by future engineers, technicians and operators of the 200 power plants being built in India. AHEC also welcomes foreign personnel from Africa, Asia and Latin America.
